What makes a happy customer? At Book Sri Lanka Train Tickets we go beyond possibilities to make our every customer a happy customer. We have customers’ interest at heart. Last month we severed over 90 customers who wanted to buy train tickets from us. They came from different parts of the world but they all shared one common objective, which was to enjoy a wonderful train journey at a fair price in Sri Lanka. And we are just here to do that and more.

We believe that honesty, integrity, an direct talking are main feature of customer service. Our business function in 3 core values which are Integrity, Respect and Precise. Every time we serve a customer we have these three key values at our heart.

we don’t have short term aim, rather we treat every customer as long term partner with a view that we will be our customers’ preferred supplier. We believe these qualities we have what makes a our every customer a happy customer!
